Michael Collins

Michael Collins was an Irish revolutionary leader, soldier, and politician who played a crucial role in the struggle for Ireland's independence from British rule in the early 20th century. He was a key figure during the Irish War of Independence and served as the director of intelligence for the Irish Republican Army (IRA). After the Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921, he became the Chairman of the Provisional Government and Minister for Finance.
