Irish Nationalist Alliance

The Irish Nationalist Alliance was a political group formed in the early 20th century, around 1918, aimed at uniting various pro-Irish independence factions in Ireland. It sought to promote self-governance and unite nationalist efforts against British rule, emphasizing home rule and the right of the Irish people to govern themselves. The Alliance encompassed different political parties and activists striving for a common goal, particularly during a time of significant political change and the lead-up to the Irish War of Independence. Their efforts contributed to the eventual establishment of the Irish Free State in 1922.
