Command Module

The Command Module refers to the main spacecraft used during NASA's Apollo missions, which aimed to land humans on the Moon. This capsule was where astronauts lived and worked during their journey, providing essential life support, navigation, and control systems. It housed three astronauts and was designed to endure the harsh conditions of space. After completing its mission, the Command Module would re-enter Earth's atmosphere and safely return the astronauts. It played a crucial role in the success of lunar landings, serving as a command center in space and facilitating human exploration beyond our planet.
