Perception

Perception, in Epistemology, refers to how we understand the world through our senses. It's the process of absorbing and interpreting information, like seeing a color or hearing a sound. Our perceptions guide our interpretations of reality and can be influenced by beliefs and experiences. They are foundational to our understanding and engagement with the world we live in. This concept is critical in philosophy, as it raises questions about the accuracy of our understanding and if we can indeed trust our senses.
