Rolfing

Rolfing is a type of bodywork therapy that focuses on aligning and balancing the body's structure. Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf in the 1940s, it aims to relieve tension, improve posture, and enhance movement by manipulating the body's connective tissues, or fascia. Through a series of sessions, practitioners use deep tissue manipulation and movement education to help clients release physical restrictions and achieve a more integrated body awareness. The goal is to restore the body’s natural alignment, leading to improved health and well-being.
