ADKAR Model
The ADKAR Model is a framework for managing change within organizations, focusing on individual transitions. It stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement. To successfully implement change, individuals must first be aware of the need for it, then desire to support it, gain the necessary knowledge and skills, and finally, be able to apply what they've learned. Reinforcement ensures that the change is sustained over time. This model emphasizes the importance of addressing each step to facilitate a smooth transition and achieve lasting results.
