Fogg Behavior Model

The Fogg Behavior Model explains that behavior is influenced by three key elements: motivation, ability, and a prompt (or trigger). For a behavior to occur, a person must feel motivated to do it, be able to do it easily, and receive a cue that encourages the action at the right moment. If any of these elements are missing, the behavior is less likely to happen. This model helps in understanding why people do what they do, and it’s often used in areas like technology design and habit formation to encourage positive behaviors.
