Fogg Model

The Fogg Behavior Model explains how behavior happens at the intersection of three key elements: Motivation, Ability, and Prompt. For a behavior to occur, a person must be motivated to do it, able to do it easily, and prompted to do it at the right moment. Think of it as a formula: if any one of these elements is missing or low, the behavior is less likely to happen. This model is widely used in design and technology to create effective products that encourage users to engage in desired behaviors, like adopting new apps or completing tasks.
