Fogg Behavior Model Framework
The Fogg Behavior Model explains that for a behavior to occur, three elements must come together: motivation (desuring the behavior), ability (being able to do it), and prompts (reminders or cues). If any of these are missing, the behavior is unlikely to happen. For instance, if you're motivated and able but not prompted, the action might not occur. Conversely, even with a prompt, without motivation or ability, it might not happen. The model helps design interventions by ensuring all three factors align, making it easier to create habits or change behaviors effectively.
