Confirmation Theory

Confirmation theory in philosophy of science is the study of how evidence confirms or disconfirms theories and hypotheses. In simple terms, it tries to answer questions such as, "How do our observations and experiments support or challenge our scientific theories?" It explores the logical principles that guide our belief or disbelief in those theories upon reviewing the evidence.
