Tlaxcala

Tlaxcala is one of Mexico's 32 states, located in the central part of the country. It is the smallest state by land area and is bordered by Puebla, Mexico State, and the state of Veracruz. Tlaxcala is known for its rich indigenous culture, particularly the Tlaxcalteca people. The state has historical significance as a key ally of Spanish conquistadors during the fall of the Aztec Empire. Today, Tlaxcala features a mix of agricultural, industrial, and tourist activities, boasting charming colonial towns, beautiful landscapes, and traditional festivals. Its capital city is also called Tlaxcala.
