Subhas Chandra Bose was an influential Indian nationalist leader who played a key role in the struggle for India's independence from British rule. Born in 1897, he advocated for complete independence and was known for his radical approach, contrasting with the more moderate strategies of leaders like Mahatma Gandhi. Bose founded the Indian National Army (INA) to fight against British forces with the support of Axis powers during World War II. His famous slogan, "Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom!" inspired many. Bose’s legacy remains significant in India’s history and independence movement.
