Prophet Muhammad

Prophet Muhammad (c. 570-632 CE) is the founder of Islam, regarded by Muslims as the last prophet in a line of prophets that includes figures like Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. Born in Mecca in present-day Saudi Arabia, he received revelations from God through the angel Gabriel, which are compiled in the Quran, the holy book of Islam. Muhammad emphasized social justice, compassion, and ethical conduct. He united the tribes of Arabia under Islam, establishing a significant religious and political community.
