Bodhisattva

A Bodhisattva is a key figure in Buddhism, representing a person who seeks enlightenment not only for themselves but also for all beings. They embody compassion and selflessness, choosing to delay their own nirvana (liberation from the cycle of rebirth) to help others achieve liberation first. Bodhisattvas engage in acts of kindness and wisdom, guiding individuals towards understanding and spiritual growth.
