Buddhist teachings
Buddhist teachings center around the Four Noble Truths: life involves suffering (Dukkha), suffering is caused by attachment and desire (Tanha), suffering can end (Nirvana), and the path to this end is the Eightfold Path. This path encompasses ethical conduct, mental discipline, and wisdom, guiding individuals toward right understanding, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and concentration. Buddhism emphasizes impermanence, compassion, and mindfulness, encouraging practitioners to understand the nature of reality and cultivate awareness and compassion for themselves and others, ultimately leading to peace and liberation from suffering.
