Attitude Theory
Attitude Theory explains how our feelings, beliefs, and behaviors about a person, object, or idea influence each other. It suggests that our attitude—positive or negative—is formed through experience and can change over time. For example, if you enjoy a certain sport, positive feelings and beliefs reinforce that preference, encouraging you to watch or play more. Conversely, negative experiences can lead to unfavorable attitudes. Understanding attitude theory helps explain why we develop certain opinions and how exposure or experience can modify our perspectives, guiding behaviors and decision-making.
