ĀNcona's Model of Planned Behavior
ĀNcona's Model of Planned Behavior emphasizes that our actions are influenced by our intentions, which are shaped by three key factors: our attitudes toward the behavior, the social norms around us, and our perceived control over the situation. If we believe a behavior is positive (attitude), see others supporting it (social norms), and feel capable of doing it (perceived control), we are more likely to intend to act and ultimately follow through. This model helps explain how personal beliefs and societal influences together drive decision-making and actions.
