Ajzen's Model

Ajzen's Model, known as the Theory of Planned Behavior, explains how people's intentions influence their actions. It suggests that whether someone decides to do something depends on their attitude toward the behavior (whether they see it as positive or negative), their perceived social pressure to perform or not perform it (subjective norm), and their confidence in their ability to do it (perceived behavioral control). These factors shape their intention, which then affects whether they actually carry out the behavior. It's a useful way to understand how beliefs and social influences lead to specific actions.
