Fishbein-Ajzen Model
The Fishbein-Ajzen Model, often called the Theory of Planned Behavior, explains how our intentions lead to specific behaviors. It suggests that our intentions are influenced by three main factors: our personal attitudes (how we feel about the behavior), social norms (what we believe others think we should do), and perceived behavioral control (our perceived ability to perform the behavior). Essentially, this model helps us understand that if we want to predict or change behaviors, we need to consider not just our feelings about them but also social influences and our confidence in our ability to act.
