ACT Matrix

The ACT Matrix is a visual tool used in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals understand their thoughts, feelings, and actions. It consists of four quadrants: the top two focus on what you want in life (values) and your current actions, while the bottom two explore unhelpful thoughts and feelings that may hinder you. By identifying these elements, people can gain clarity on how to align their behaviors with their values, fostering psychological flexibility and promoting a more meaningful life.
