technology acceptance model
The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) explains how people decide whether to use new technology. It suggests that two main factors influence this decision: perceived ease of use (how easy the technology is to operate) and perceived usefulness (how beneficial the technology is in accomplishing tasks). If people find a technology easy to use and see that it improves their work or life, they are more likely to accept and adopt it. Essentially, TAM helps us understand the reasons behind the acceptance or rejection of technological innovations in everyday life.
