Soyuz

Soyuz is a series of spacecraft and launch vehicles developed by Russia for space exploration. The name "Soyuz," meaning "union" in Russian, refers to both the space capsule used to transport astronauts and cosmonauts to and from space, and the rocket that launches it. Since the 1960s, Soyuz has been instrumental in human spaceflight, including missions to the International Space Station (ISS). Known for its reliability and durability, it has transported more people to space than any other spacecraft. The Soyuz program also plays a significant role in international collaborations in space exploration.
