Philosophical Theology

Philosophical theology, within the scope of metaphysics, is a discipline that uses philosophical methods to explore questions regarding religion, including the nature and existence of God, the analysis of religious phenomena, experiences, and concepts, and the relationship of religion and science. It is an approach that seeks in-depth understanding of ultimate reality, existence, and the essence of God, by applying philosophical ways of thinking. It's complex, but essentially it's using reason and logic to try to understand faith.
