Fiber

Fiber is a type of carbohydrate found in plant-based foods that our bodies cannot digest. There are two main types of fiber: soluble, which dissolves in water and helps lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and insoluble, which does not dissolve and adds bulk to the stool.
