NITI Aayog

NITI Aayog, or the National Institution for Transforming India, is a policy think tank of the Government of India established in 2015. Its main role is to provide strategic and technical advice to the central and state governments to promote sustainable development and improve governance. NITI Aayog replaces the Planning Commission and focuses on cooperative federalism, encouraging collaboration between states and the center. It aims to drive economic growth, address social issues, and develop effective policies through research and data analysis, ultimately fostering the well-being of Indian citizens.
