Islamic Leadership
Islamic leadership is based on principles derived from the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. It emphasizes justice, accountability, and the well-being of the community. Leaders, known as "Caliphs" or "Imams," are expected to govern with fairness and Integrity, prioritizing the needs of their people. The leadership model encourages consultation (shura) and seeks to involve the community in decision-making. Islamic leadership also stresses moral and ethical conduct, reflecting values such as compassion, humility, and service to others, fostering a sense of responsibility in guiding society according to Islamic principles.
