Grand Unified Theory

A Grand Unified Theory (GUT) is a theoretical framework in physics that aims to unify the three fundamental forces of the Standard Model—strong nuclear, weak nuclear, and electromagnetic forces—into a single cohesive model. In phenomenology, which studies the observable consequences of these theories, GUTs help predict new particles or interactions that could be tested in experiments. This unification seeks to deepen our understanding of the universe by revealing connections between fundamental forces, ultimately paving the way towards a Theory of Everything that would include gravity as well.
