
Bacha-i-Saqao
Bacha-i-Saqao, meaning "the son of the water carrier," was the nickname of Mohammad Nadir Shah, who became the King of Afghanistan in the early 20th century. He rose to power after a series of political upheavals and conflicts, including the overthrow of King Amanullah Khan. Nadir Shah is known for his attempts to modernize Afghanistan and strengthen its military, but his reign was marked by internal strife.
