Tsar Kaloyan

Tsar Kaloyan was a prominent ruler of the Second Bulgarian Empire, reigning from 1197 to 1207. He is best known for expanding his empire and strengthening its influence in the Balkan region during the Middle Ages. Kaloyan successfully fought against the Latin Empire, particularly notable for his victory at the Battle of Adrianople.
