Response to Intervention (RTI) is an educational approach aimed at providing early support to students struggling with learning or behavior. RTI operates in tiers: the first tier includes high-quality instruction for all students; the second tier offers additional help for those who need it; and the third tier provides intensive support for those still struggling.
