Predestination and Foreknowledge

Predestination is the belief that all events, including human choices, are determined in advance by a divine power. Foreknowledge refers to the idea that an omniscient being knows all events before they happen. In discussions of free will and determinism, these concepts raise questions about whether humans can truly choose their actions if their paths are already predetermined or known.
