Muhammad (Prophet Muhammad)
Muhammad (c. 570–632 CE) is the founder of Islam and is considered the last prophet in a long line of prophets in Islamic tradition. Born in Mecca, he received revelations from Allah (God) through the Angel Gabriel over approximately 23 years, which were later compiled into the Quran, Islam's holy book. Muhammad is revered for his teachings on monotheism, morality, and social justice. He united various tribes in Arabia under Islam and established a community based on these principles. His life and teachings continue to guide millions of Muslims around the world today.
