Grand Vizier

A Grand Vizier is the chief minister and highest-ranking advisor in certain historical Muslim states, particularly the Ottoman Empire. Acting as the primary executive authority, the Grand Vizier oversees the administration of the government, implements the sultan's policies, and manages military and diplomatic affairs.
