Global jihad

Global jihad refers to a movement within certain extremist Islamic groups that seek to promote their interpretation of Islam through religiously motivated violence against perceived enemies, including Western nations and other groups they consider infidels. It aims to establish a global Islamic order based on their interpretation of Sharia law. This ideology is distinct from the beliefs of the majority of Muslims, who seek peace and coexistence. Global jihad has often been associated with terrorism, using violence to achieve political and religious goals, and has led to significant global security challenges.
