European Consumer Centre (ECC)

The European Consumer Centre (ECC) is a network designed to help consumers in Europe understand their rights and resolve issues related to cross-border shopping and services. If you encounter problems when buying goods or services from another EU country, the ECC provides advice, support, and assistance. This organization also works to promote awareness of consumer rights, mediating disputes between consumers and businesses. Each EU member state has its own ECC, creating a collaborative effort to ensure consumers can confidently shop and travel across borders while knowing they have support if needed.
