Blue-light filter

A blue-light filter is a technology used in screens, like smartphones, tablets, and computers, designed to reduce the amount of blue light emitted by the display. Blue light can disrupt sleep and cause eye strain, especially when viewed for long periods or at night. By filtering out some of this blue light, the display becomes easier on the eyes, helping to improve comfort during extended use and promoting better sleep patterns. Many devices now include built-in settings or apps that allow users to activate blue-light filters according to their preference.
