Battle of Glendale

The Battle of Glendale, fought on June 30, 1862, during the American Civil War, was part of the Seven Days Battles near Richmond, Virginia. It involved Union forces, led by General George B. McClellan, clashing with Confederate troops under General Robert E. Lee. The battle aimed to protect the Union's retreat after the Peninsular Campaign.
