Ajzen's Behavioral Intention Model
Ajzen's Behavioral Intention Model explains how our intentions to act are shaped by three key factors: our attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Attitudes reflect our feelings about the behavior, subjective norms consider how social pressure influences us (what others think we should do), and perceived behavioral control assesses how easy or difficult we believe it is to perform the action. Together, these factors predict our intentions, which in turn influence our actual behaviors. Basically, the model highlights that our choices are influenced by personal beliefs, social influences, and our sense of capability.
