Fishbein and Ajzen Model
The Fishbein and Ajzen Model, also known as the Theory of Reasoned Action, explains how people's intentions influence their behaviors. It suggests that a person's intention to do something is shaped by their attitude toward the behavior (whether they see it as positive or negative) and their belief about how others view it (subjective norms). These intentions then predict whether they will actually perform the behavior. In essence, the model shows that our actions are influenced not just by what we think personally, but also by how we perceive social expectations.
