Ajzen’s Theory of Reasoned Action
Ajzen’s Theory of Reasoned Action suggests that a person's behavior is primarily influenced by their intentions, which are shaped by their attitudes toward the behavior and their perceptions of social pressure or norms. In other words, if someone believes a behavior is positive and thinks others approve of it, they are more likely to intend to do it and, ultimately, perform that behavior. The theory emphasizes that both personal beliefs and social influences work together to predict future actions.
