STAR method
The STAR method is a structured way to answer behavioral interview questions by detailing a specific Situation, Task, Action, and Result. It helps individuals clearly convey their experiences. First, describe the Situation you were in and the Task you needed to accomplish. Then, explain the Actions you took to address it, and finally, share the Results of those actions, including what you learned or achieved. This method provides a comprehensive framework to showcase skills and problem-solving abilities effectively.
