Rawlsian Constructivism
Rawlsian Constructivism is a political philosophy developed by John Rawls, which focuses on creating fair principles of justice through rational agreement. It suggests that in a hypothetical "original position," people, unaware of their personal circumstances, would choose rules that ensure fairness and equality for all. This approach emphasizes the importance of designing social structures that respect individual rights and promote the well-being of the least advantaged, striving for a just society by imagining what rational individuals would collectively agree upon if they were impartial.
