Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification process designed to cleanse the body of toxins, restore balance, and promote health. It involves five therapeutic techniques—such as cleansing therapies, herbal treatments, massage, and dietary adjustments—tailored to an individual's constitution and health needs. The goal is to remove accumulated waste (ama) from tissues, improve digestion, strengthen immunity, and restore mental clarity. Panchakarma is typically performed under the guidance of an experienced practitioner and may include preparatory and post-treatment phases to maximize benefits.
