Organizational Justice

Organizational justice refers to employees' perceptions of fairness within a workplace, encompassing how decisions are made, how resources are distributed, and how employees are treated. It involves three key types: distributive justice (fairness of outcomes), procedural justice (fairness of processes), and interactional justice (respect and dignity in communication). When employees perceive justice, they are more likely to be motivated, committed, and satisfied, fostering a positive work environment. Conversely, perceived unfairness can lead to dissatisfaction, low morale, and reduced productivity. Ensuring organizational justice helps build trust and promotes a healthy, equitable workplace.
