Oligarchy

An oligarchy is a system of government where a small group of people hold significant power and influence over a larger population. This group might consist of wealthy individuals, military leaders, or influential families, and they make decisions that affect everyone, often prioritizing their interests. Unlike a democracy, where power is more evenly distributed among the populace, an oligarchy can create inequalities and limit public participation in decision-making processes.
