NuRD complex

The NuRD complex, or nucleosome remodeling and deacetylation complex, is a group of proteins that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression. It helps control which genes are turned on or off in cells by altering the structure of DNA and modifying histones, the proteins around which DNA is wrapped.
