Louis the Stammerer

Louis the Stammerer was a king of the West Franks, ruling from 877 to 879. He was the son of Charles the Bald and is noted for his speech impediment, which earned him the nickname "the Stammerer." Despite his struggles with communication, his reign faced significant challenges, including political instability and ongoing conflicts with neighboring territories.
