Hesychasm

Hesychasm is a mystical tradition within Eastern Orthodox Christianity that emphasizes inner stillness and contemplation. Practitioners engage in repetitive prayers, particularly the Jesus Prayer ("Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner"), to achieve a deep sense of peace and divine connection.
