Deming Cycle
The Deming Cycle, also known as the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, is a four-step process for continuous improvement in any organization. 1. **Plan**: Identify a goal or problem and develop a plan to address it. 2. **Do**: Implement the plan on a small scale to test its effectiveness. 3. **Check**: Evaluate the results to see what worked and what didn’t. 4. **Act**: Based on the evaluation, make adjustments and implement the successful changes on a broader scale. This cycle helps organizations systematically improve processes, products, or services over time.
