Cleopatra's Palace

Cleopatra's Palace, located in Alexandria, Egypt, was the royal residence of the last active Pharaoh of Ancient Egypt, Cleopatra VII. It served as a symbol of her power, wealth, and the cultural fusion of Greek and Egyptian influences. The palace featured impressive architecture, luxurious decorations, and was near the famous Library of Alexandria. It was here that Cleopatra hosted dignitaries and strategized politically, including her relationships with Roman leaders Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. The site is mostly submerged underwater today, but it remains a significant representation of Cleopatra's reign and the Hellenistic period.
